1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and xp789 ("xp789," "the Company," "we," "our," "us") governing your use of the xp789 website located at xp789.net and all associated products, services, and features offered therein.

By completing the registration process and creating an xp789 account, by clicking any acceptance checkbox on the xp789 platform, or by continuing to use any xp789 service following notification of updated Terms, you confirm full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. 2 Eligibility

xp789 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable period will result in the suspension of the relevant account and withholding of any pending withdrawal until verification is completed.

3 Account Registration

To access the betting and gaming products available on the xp789 platform, you must complete the registration process and create a single personal xp789 account. The following conditions govern account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

• Each individual is permitted to hold one xp789 account only. Opening, operating, or attempting to access multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

xp789 may conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification checks at any point during the account lifecycle. Players may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts subject to a KYC review may have withdrawals suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the xp789 platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). xp789 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer.

• Deposits are credited to your xp789 account balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. xp789 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. xp789 reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the xp789 cashier page. These limits are subject to change by xp789 with reasonable notice to players.
• xp789 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, fees levied by the player's own bank or payment provider are the player's sole responsibility.
• Funds deposited into an xp789 account may only be used for wagering on xp789 products. Deposits made in error may be returned subject to verification, less any amounts wagered prior to the error being reported.
• Any withdrawal request where the corresponding deposit has not yet cleared fully through the payment network may be delayed until clearing is confirmed.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on the xp789 platform are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type. Cricket betting markets, including PSL, T20 international, and Test match markets, are governed by xp789's Cricket Betting Rules, which are published separately and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• xp789 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that has been offered in error, including instances of incorrect odds, duplicate markets, or technical pricing errors.
• In-play bets accepted after the relevant event outcome has been determined — due to data feed delays or other technical issues — will be voided and the stake returned to the player's xp789 account balance.
• Casino game results on the xp789 platform are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) technology. xp789 does not manipulate game outcomes. All RNG systems are subject to periodic independent auditing.
• Bets placed on suspended markets will be rejected. If a market is suspended after a bet has been accepted and before the event has concluded, the bet will stand if the market reopens, or will be voided at xp789's discretion if the market does not reopen.
• Maximum winnings per event or per session may be capped as specified in the relevant market-specific rules. Winnings in excess of these caps will not be paid.
• xp789 reserves the right to limit the bet sizes available to any individual player at any time without providing a reason.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

xp789 offers various promotional bonuses, free bets, and incentive programmes to eligible registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. The following general conditions apply to all xp789 bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xp789 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of balances at xp789's discretion:

• Registering or operating more than one xp789 account, or assisting any other person in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any communication with xp789.
• Using the xp789 platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes in any xp789 product for financial gain.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software agents, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the xp789 platform without prior written consent from xp789.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies using coordinated accounts to guarantee profits from xp789 promotions or odds discrepancies.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer casino games or any multi-player game format available on xp789.
• Placing bets on events or outcomes based on insider knowledge, match-fixing arrangements, or any form of corrupt information.
• Accessing the xp789 platform through proxies, VPNs, or other technical means to circumvent geographical restrictions or to conceal your true location or identity.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening xp789 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

xp789 reserves the right to report any suspected illegal activity to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities. Any funds in an account suspended for prohibited conduct may be frozen indefinitely pending investigation and will not be released until xp789 is satisfied that no illegal activity has occurred.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the xp789 platform, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, page layouts, and the overall selection and arrangement of content, is the exclusive property of xp789 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the xp789 platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any xp789 content without prior written authorisation from xp789.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any xp789 software.
• Use any xp789 trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner without prior written consent from xp789.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the xp789 platform for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorised use of xp789 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

xp789 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data relating to registered players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately on the xp789 platform and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the xp789 Privacy Policy in full.

xp789's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their xp789 account in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude xp789's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by xp789's negligence, to the extent that such limitation or exclusion would be unlawful.

12 Amendments to Terms

Your continued use of the xp789 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.
